Our Bistro is inspired by the simplicity and complexity of bread. A few basic ingredients, a lot of care, creativity, patience, cooking skills, and… Voila! There is a wonderful, fragrant, crunchy and tasty thing in the world.

 

We approach our bistro in a similar way. We believe in simplicity, which creates great combinations with a lot of care. Great bread requires quality ingredients, precision, time and experience. We add new combinations to it and raise it to a higher level.

 

Bread is interspersed throughout our menu. From bread lemonades, through bread cocktails, desserts, the daily offer of breads in the display case, to our permanent menu.

 

So we have everything on bread, with bread, or at least we try to make it something like bread 🙂 Come and taste with us!
